MEET BRANDY

NEW LEADERSHIP DELIVERING RESULTS FOR OUR COMMUNITY

I was born in Flint, Michigan in 1974. I was raised on a farm in Swartz Creek and graduated from Swartz Creek High School in 1992. My grandfather retired from General Motors and my other grandparents lived next door & worked the family farm. My family instilled a hard-working work ethic in me. I grew up in a God-fearing patriotic family environment. My mother is a retired registered nurse with Hurley Medical Center. I moved to Linden when I married in 1997 and have resided in Linden ever since. Bob, my husband, and I have 3 amazing kids. Our oldest, Jacob, is an electrical apprentice. Elizabeth is currently attending college and married to a Marine. Our youngest, Alexandria, graduates from Linden High School in June of 2022. I graduated from Baker College and worked as an interior designer until I had children. I, then, opted to be a stay at home mom. When my youngest started school, I became a substitute teacher/ aide at Linden Community Schools. Several years later, I started my real estate career.

As a life-long resident of Genesee County and experience with local events through my family's involvement with Swartz Creek Hometown Days & serving in Clayton Township, I have grown to realize the importance of community involvement. I am an active member of the Fenton & Linden Regional Chamber of Commerce. I have been very involved with church my entire life.

I am seeking to serve my community as State Representative focusing on the needs in my district by upholding our Christian values and constitutional rights, along with the desire to raise our children without governmental interference.
